The Leader Formation International Antioch Center strategic initiative 2008-2012 exists to form quality church leaders in order to bring health to the church and impact Eastern European countries.

When this mission is accomplished key leaders in Eastern European will have changed the way they think and carry out leadership, so that they are growing from being cultural leaders into becoming biblical leaders.
